Unable to add prisoners and and get anything going really, is this a known bug? Or

yh i know this is a dumb question but could someone tell me how to make money please... ive only just learnt how to clean my prison up... only problem im having now is trying to make money could someone help PLEASEEE xP mean i know that to clean up ya need the cleaner room and the maintence room in the staff building, i've built accountant rooms (now thats what i thought would gain me money?) but then i get told that i need to build factilies for the inmates to work to get me money... so i build the war...
