Question on a bug i found

Hi, i used to play this game, and i happen to remember a quite disturbing bug: the enemy can hit you with spells even if you cannot see them.
This used to bother me a lot (during the campaign, every turn the enemies were like: woosh, damage every turn to all of your units!).
Did they fix this bug? (Because i surely hope it isn't something intentional)

no one fixing this game anymore, they create Reincarnation now and supporting it so this is dead product now...
