Hmm, same thing happened to me with Tropico 4 and I never got any fix or helpful advice. A lot of people seem to be having this problem in relation to "Uplay" games.
Please let me know if you find a fix. I still can't get Tropico 4 to launch and I wanted to buy this game but I wont if it's going to do the same thing.
