This damn game!

Okay, I'm having problems. I bought From Dust recently, and it did not even give me an activation code which it asked me to enter in after I tried to start it and made a Uplay account and all that jazz. Where do I go to find it? Will it show it if I uninstall From Dust and reinstall it? :L And where it says I played it, I had it open trying to get the damn code. I contacted Uplay four days ago and they were supposed to get back with me on Monday, and here I am still waiting.
