Does anyone know which rda file contains the XML to modify building radious?

So far I've downloaded RDA explorer to extract the rda files. I think I've found the right file. Data1.rda/config/game/assets.xml.. Not to sure what to change from there.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So one example is the marketplace it was like 30 and I changed it to 100. I imported the assett.xml back into the rda file and saved it off and replaced the data1.rda file in my addon folder. Nothing changes though..... I'm stuck does anyone have any knowledge of how to make these changes?

I figured it out the game reads the asset.xml in patch0.rda not data1.rda kinda confusing there are two of them.... Also you have to change your engine.ini located in C:\Users\Lenox\AppData\Roaming\Ubisoft\Anno1404Addon\Config\

You have to change <PreferLocalFiles>0</PreferLocalFiles> from a 0 to a 1
