Can I build anything I want?

I want to build on a flat surface, totally blank, and use everything from the little stud bricks to the huge flat sheets. Say I wanted to build a full city - is that actually possible, or is it only limited to editing worlds?

This is looking like my childhood dream Lego game.

Totally possible :) We don't have every LEGO brick ever in the game yet, but there is a good selection to get started with.

Will there be a suggestions tab or thread where we can give some ideas and feedback? Watching a stream right now, for example, and I think destructible vehicles (like car collisions) would be awesome.

edit: also, is this game going to be mod friendly?
