Probably just taking a while longer than usual, I remember them taking a break from the game a while back.

Meowkie suggested a while back that they give some progress on the next update every two weeks or so, nothing happend though.

I'd hate for this game to be abandoned it's too good

To be fair they've always been consistent with their updates so for them to be a little off of schedule isn't bothering me too much.

They haven't actually always been consistent. It used to be, and then they fell off the wagon.
Now we might be lucky if the game leaves EA.

Thinking about getting this, Is it worth it though if it may have been abandoned?

i've got about 59 hours, so I'd say it's worth the money. as long as you are prepared for your dreams to be crushed/impaled in the blink of an eye XD

He asked if it was worth the price, even if it was potentially abandoned. My point is I've spent more on a released game that I have played and enjoyed much less. I'm not debating the ethics and practices of EA or indie game development.

I'd go for Spelunky or Rogue Legacy first. They're classics. Follow/Wishlist Vagante if you're interested. Unless you're okay with EA.

I think they're pushing for full release within the year. That would explain the absence of little updates.

but don't buy it if you expect the game to change from its current version
updates are a pleasant surprise
but ea is a meme

Theres only like 30 peple playing a day, they'll probably abandon it for a while. This game is just to hard for most people so they quit way to soon.

A big reason why so few people play it is because it's taking them so long to finish it. Seriously, I'm starting to think it's just abandonware at this point...
