Not an insult.. had to ponder.
I doubt there will be any modification to the items such as Knife, Hoe etc. yet. Unless it is a needed tweak or change for game function. Minor details are very low on the priority list.
There really is not artificial intelligence in game. The snakes, boars etc are not exactly working on high decision profiles. They of course have some reaction to the environment, but it is low end.
If I understood that correctly. If not:
If you mean your having FPS issues post updates, but they cleared up, that will come and go. Final streamlining, memory use, optimization etc is not also a high end priority.
Of course, to verify if it is a problem with the program as is, you would have to share your system specifics. Without those being at least minimum, no way to see if it is an issue vs system. Or if there is a pattern of certain kinds of setups having problems.

After the new crafting system and weapon tool building came in, it was logical to add the base improvements. They need to see if it will even work.
So its still the same. Minus much needed tweaking for gameplay or issues.. dont expect tool changes now for a bit.
Also completed is a broad term for SD in its current state. What you really mean is, completed for stable use at the moment.

On that crafting. Amen. Or a ( just my thinking ) wild and crazy idea... add not only the finish ( or first run at ) things empty in the tabs.. but some stuff that would affect gameplay for either fun or profit. Storage, utility items.. hell.. decor even. Get some clothes out and about.. etc etc..
I mean tools such as ax, hammer , spear . Thinking improvement tool they will be administered in the nearest update.
