That looks like a very, very typical case of Intel HD driver issues. What specific processor do you have? Do you have a dedicated graphics card? Have you tried updating your graphics drivers after this happened?

ok theres an update for it im downloading the updat for my graph card its an amd radeon r7 200

Shot in the dark..... you're not overclocking your cpu are you? This looks suspicously similar to artifacting you might see from an unstable OC.
