I alredy have my graphic driver up to date but i have the intel hd and a AMD Radeon HD 8600/8700M

Hi there, Relentless. It looks like your computer is trying to use the integrated graphics chip, instead of your Radeon. Could you please ensure that the computer uses the full graphics card, and see if this issue is resolved from that?

I bought the game and still trying to get into the game, each time I get this error 11...

I had this error as well. To fix this, i deleted all ESO files on my hard drive, and downloaded everything again directly from the ESO launcher. I did not use steam.
