Did you cancel purchased keys?
So what? If I paid for a game why should I be obligated to use it within a certain timeframe? Everyone knows that Steam keys (as a general rule) do not expire. If I want to use it 6 months later, or a year later, or 5 years later that is my business and no one else's concern. Barring the Steam store going out of business and shutting down, any purchased key should work for the foreseeable future, period.
@all thanks to everyone who sent me e-mail already, I was told my Groupee they have already replaced the keys and or will send out replacement keys via support ticket. Anyone who has problems with his or her Groupee key can you pls check with their support? Otherwise pls don't hesitate to contact me directly at teammonkeydev (at) outlook (dot) com.
We want to make sure nobody has an issue with our game.
Thanks again for supporting us!
Yeah, Groupees support already sent a replacement. Thanks for addressing the problem.
How long did it take? I asked for a new key 4 days ago and got no answer so far!
A couple days, it was sent through e-mail.
Not sure why it took so long for yours, you can either hang in there still or try contacting support via the link at the groupees page once again perhaps?
I contacted them last night and they got me a replacement by the next morning
