I want to smack someone upside the head who tells me 30 is better than 60 for any reason.
Just because you're fine with that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ console fps doesn't mean everyone else is.
I played the original HoMM3. It was a lot of fun. I'm not buying an HD remaster for little more than slightly polished graphics, especially if it runs worse than the original on a PC 10x as powerful.
If you don't believe me, play the original complete w/o any mods and then play the original complete w/ the HD mod. Original Complete has the same slow cursor and animation quality as this. It only runs at 60fps to match the refresh rates of the monitors it was made to run on ti prevent screen tearing (back then every monitor was 60hz and we didn't need vsync in SVGA games). HD mod puts the game at true 60fps, and all it affects is the cursor. Animations are still 30fps because they were designed to operate in 30fps.
