Black Bar fix (AMD)
1. Set desktop resolution to 1280x720
2. Open Catalyst Control Center
3. Go to Scaling Options in My Digital Flat Panels
4. Set Overscan to 0% apply changes
5. Set your desktop back to your native resolution
6. Start game and it should be full screen

Depending on display/settings you may need to enable this setting in scaling options-

"Use the scaling values instead of the customized settings when desktop resolution does not match your DFP resolution" (Thanks SoftcoreSally)

You forgot to mention that you have to enable

"Use the scaling values instead of the customized settings when desktop resolution does not match your DFP resolution" box.

Otherwise thank you very much.

Hi dunno what card you have but you can try to update your driver here http://support.amd.com/en-us/download if its already up to date you can try to enable GPU upscaling.

Thanks a lot OP, that's solved the black bar issue with not only this, but other games too. This should be stickied.

Yeah I figured it was different depending on your card/whatever. Just wanted to throw out that bit of information in case someone else was missing the same step I was.

Thanks for the info.
