Look for city improvements and luxury resources that give Approval bonuses.

* level up districts (city expansion tile)/cities instead of making lines of unleveled districts
To level a district.city, surround it with 4 other districts

* research +approval techs/buildings
* use luxury goods that improve approval
* use influence for approval kingdom bonus.

Thanks guys. Stopped on turn 260 or so. Have like 7 or 8 settlements in Era 3. Fun game and expanding too fast makes them angry and now I know. XD

How are you able to play for so long? I thought the game stops at 200 turns during Early Access?

The game determines a "winner" at 200 turns, but you can ignore the message and keep playing -- we just don't have all the various victory conditions worked out yet. In addition, a lot of the endgame content is still being created so beyond 200 turns it might feel repetitive.

Well 200 turns is a victory condition for Early access, as the game should behave well until then, gameplay wise and stability wise. but you can, if you want, continue to play after that limit.

Crazy thing is that the Ais don't use or spend any prestiige as it looks like. By the turn 200 or so the Ais will have about 2500 - 3500 prestige and win the 200 turn victory. You cannot win unless you produce and do not spend any prestige the entire game.

Thanks a lot with this reply that is going to help me greatly (not only because of me rebellions but also because I'm stuck on a quest which ask to level a district and I had no idea what they meant by that !)

A good trick is to activate a luxury booster on the same turn, but just before, you settle a new region. You still get the full effect, but it costs 5 less of the resource.
