Friends unable to load map

Hi! I have an error where my friends and I are trying to load in a custom map off of the workshop, and they will crash randomly with a "Failed to retireve map" or some such.

I load into the map fine, and then they disconenct, is this a common issue? I coudlnt find it under the pinned, any help would be appreciated.

I keep getting that the world creator is not working could that be what's causing it?

Did they upload the map by themselves from workshop ?

I figured out the error, we had people with the game installed into different locations on their Computers, we fixed the issue by moving all our stuff to the same drives.

So, for instance, mine was on my E: drive, but our buddy only had a C:
So moving it to the C allowed us to play custom maps approrpriately.
