That would be rather a large undertaking. Developers in your position usually send Steam keys to the various bundle providers, who can then distribute the keys much more easily through Profile pages and the like.
Obviously, it's up to you, but I can't imagine you're gonna want a huge queue of folks to go through one by one on Desura.

I don't get the impression that he's saying bundle buyers to message him, rather that if you bought it on Desura to message him. Look at the specific wording.
