You have been disconnected from session? MGO
Every now and then i constantly get this error. I don't get any connection error when logging in but whenever i try to find a match i get this error. When i try to use the "Select Match" option it tells me i can't find any matches :/ I've tried restarting the game and i've tried verifying my games cache but it hasn't worked and i'm not sure whats going on. Any reply would be extremely appreciated! thank you!

It always happens to me when I automatch for bounty hunter, but not any other modes. I don't know what causes it.

It's to do with your NAT type or ports. Sometimes when I get this error on bounty hunter mode, I restart my router and then it seems to work fine. Pretty strange imo, but I think Konami said they are planning to address this issue in next patch April 7th along with several other bugs introduced with the last patch
