Graphically, it holds up in the environmental department. Human faces don't look great, a bit clay-like and robotically animated. The world-building is impressive and compelling. The game itself is a linear slog with the exception of some open area missions. The player is often forced to follow an NPC who delivers flat expository dialogue. This wouldn't be a problem if the dialogue and voice-acting (English) wasn't so dry, mundane, and uninteresting. As a side note, I'd recommend setting voice language to Russian for immersion. Also, I experienced some crashes during my playtime which is no bueno. I preferred the more grounded, realistic aspects of the game. The supernatural qualities came off tripe to me, as did the forced, relevant slow-walk moments of gameplay. The makings of a great game are here, but the drawbacks ruined the experience for me. I wouldn't recommend unless you're a big fan of the setting and don't mind expository story delivery.
