A few Questions
So im very new to X Games. here are some Questions.
What are the next tiers of Trade Goods? Ive manage to purchase a Mercury Tanker XL but the Prices für Energy Cells are getting worse. So ill try to tade with Ore. Ive trouble with selling it in big quantitys.

How is it possible to trade in other Sectors? I am not able to do stuff other than in Argon Space.
I was not able to find a Docking Support System or somewhat that speeds up docking.

for now i am just a Trade. No XP in other stuff than flying.

I did no combat, because i am not able to shoot. Even with my laser i bought.

How the heck do i get 80 mil? for those big ships...

pls no guide links. i hate guides

I highly suggest you buy a Trading System Extension from any Argon Equipment Dock; this piece of software will let you look at the prices of goods at any station so long as you have a ship in the same sector. It also allows you to remotely buy and sell goods and ships. You can go anywhere you want in the galaxy but not everyone will like you and try to shoot you, you just have to avoid them or kill them.

What you're looking for is a Docking Computer which can be found at any Paranid Equipment Dock as well as the Earth Torus (you have to get far enough in the starting plotline.) This allows you to teleport to the station's dock when you are less than 5km away from the dock and press Shift+D.

When you buy a laser, it just sits in your cargo bay until you equip it to your ship. QWERTY keyboards have the weapon's menu for your ship set to G and you can equip lasers there, just remember that some ships can't use certains weapons. Also, most TS can only equip a weapon in the rear turret. I suggest getting yourself a nice M3, I personally prefer the faster M3s such as the Terrans or the Split, and equipping that so that you can do combat missions and raise your combat rank. As you raise your combat rank, the higher the combat missions will pay you.

Which leads into 'how do I get 80 mil' and the answer, for me at least, is through combat missions. Station defence missions are incredibly easy when you start out as a single M5 will spawn and subsequently crash into the station after a little while. As your combat rank goes up, so does the amount of enemies spawned for the missions which means more credits for you. You get a bonus for every enemy you kill related to the mission. Eventually you'll get missions that pay you 2, 3 or even 5 million credits on completion. Assassination missions pay a huge amount too, got 14 million off one. Just know that you'll need a jump drive, some energy cells, a decent ship and have found where the jumpgates are in the sectors around the one you find the mission in, up to 4 sectors away.

And one last thing, going back to tading, you'll want to setup sector and later universal traders. These guys will take care of themselves for the most part once you get them setup. All you need is a TS and on that ship you'll need navigational software and Trade Software Mk III which costs 501k and is available only at Teladi Equipment Docks. I also like to put Duplex scanners on my TS although it is not needed. Once you get the Trade Software Mk III on your TS, you can start him as a sector trader and will only be able to trade within one sector, of your choosing of course. As he works, he'll gain levels and once he reaches level 7, you can tell him to become a Universal trader and he'll travel the universe looking for the best deals all on his own. A jumpdrive is highly recommended to be given to the Universal trader at this point as that means you'll earn money faster and are far less likely to lose the ship (they'll travel through Pirate and Xenon sectors if its the shortest route without a jumpdrive)
cool thanks. will will try all that stuff. Do i have to buy Energy Cells für the Trader ? Or does he buy it automatic?
When you have a ship equipped wtih a jumpdrive, you can set how many jumps it should auto resupply for in its command menu near the bottom.
Make sure you watch cdrdaves x3 tutorial series on youtube. A great resource and help. Must watch for all x3 players.

^---- This.

It's the best set of general tutorial and guide videos that has ever been done for X3TC. It's darn outstanding! GOOD RECOMMENDATION!

i play Albion Prelude. but thnx
It's still applicable for the basics of the game. X3TC and X3AP use the same engine and basic gameplay. (There's a separate AP forum on Steam, but check Egosoft's website forum for tutorials/tips too.)
One important thing to remember is to build stations, especially mines and food production. They form the bakcbone of your income and keep you from going broke for extended periods of time since they don't rely on your bank accout as compared to ST/UT traders.
Also: Equipping your station bound freighters with jumpdrives can greatly increase their income. It takes time but it can mean the difference between earning 1 million credits and 3 million credits (per hour)

ST/UT rely on thier homebase stations or your account if no homebase selected.
