Ravens Caravan Starting with Just Three Heroes

I got to chapter 9 and from what I understand I was supposed to have 6 total units, two of the Varl and Mogun from the first game as well as the three Ravens. Instead I am only getting 3 of them, the Ravens, but not even Sigbjorn from the first game. Is this a glitch anyone else is encountering or is there something else going on? I imported my save from the first game and I have my equipment and levels for the most part, but there are a bunch of irregularities, including Ludin being spoken of as if he were dead when he is alive in my party. Are these just glitches and should I wait to play the game until after they're fixed?

Known bug that popped in the last patch.

I suggest you wait a few hours (maybe days?) until it's fixed. There's workarounds if you're in a hurry...

Ha, played through the whole chapter with just the 3 ravens.. thought it was supposed to be that way!

I've just pushed a build (2.30.135) that fixes the Import error causing characters to appear dead when they should not be. This new build causes Imports to function properly, but does not retroactively fix games in progress that were imported with the previous build. Yeah, I thought this was intentional, too, until I had to check a walkthrough guide in Chapter 13. I thought the Ravens were supposed to only start with 3 people--made sense why people were complaining that the Ravens campaign was punishing on Hard.

You need to consider that this bug affected only heroes that COULD really be dead in Saga 1.

Having just 3 people (at the beginning) it was a totally possibile occurence in the game (and probably really challenging!)
