Creativerse R26 -- Holiday Surprise!

Hey Creatifriends!

Welcome to all of the new players who joined us since we became free to play! We’re glad you found us and hope you stick around.

The end of year holidays may have chilled our usual 2-3 week cadence for releases a bit, but on the bright side, they also gave us a chance to try something new: seasonal goodies! There is, quite frankly, a plethora of stuff with which you can deck your halls. Recipes, accessories, a new liquid (molasses), craftable items -- everything but a partridge in a pear tree (would you settle for a Leafi in an Elderwood?). As a cherry on top, we’ve given everyone 450 extra coins, and any new players will start with the same amount. Watch this video to get a taste for all the new stuff…

As usual, our polish strike team found several ways to improve the game, most notably with Blueprints. You can now claim your purchased Blueprints in every world you join! Ladders are also more intuitive to use and now fit in 1x1 wide spaces. And owners and admins of public worlds rejoice! You now possess the ability to promote, demote and ban players who are offline. An unfortunate side effect of this change: you will need to re-grant permissions to players. (Tip: if you’re part of a public world, type “/request” in chat to prompt owners/admins for access.)

R26 will be the last release of the year, and what a year it’s been. A UI overhaul, world v2, farming and ranching, block rotation, going free to play. But guys, that’s nothing compared to what we have planned for 2016!

Improvements

• Ladder movement overhaul

• Cornerstone ownership defaults to the person that placed it
  
• Beacon indicates location of player-owned blueprints when nearby
  
• Store button and coin display added to inventory screen
  
• Permissions added to extractors, preventing anyone from claiming the ore besides you
  
• Balance - Over-generous treasure chests & enemy drops from R25 rebalanced
  
• Balance - Keepa spawning tuned down

Bugfixes

• Store music no longer continues to play when closing ingame store
  
• Fix for cornerstone and touchstone noises playing everywhere in multiplayer
  
• Jumping / skipping on water dampened
  
• Igneous roof recipe now properly carries over to new worlds with Recipes Carryover option on
  
• Top hats and other accessories now show up on all Keepa
  
• Iron door no longer appears in the “open” state when placed on a shelf
  
• Right-clicking items on shelves will return them to your inventory
  
• Attack value for equipped sword will show correctly even if the sword is not currently selected
  
• Fix for incorrect text when picking up Super Extractors
  
• Fix for selected blocks getting “stuck” to cursor in certain circumstances (notably when interacting with the store)
  
• Interaction prompt appears correctly and at the proper distances now
  
• Typo fix for “hootfot” in Aztec Furnace Wall (though it was pretty funny)

they mean more stairs, there are alot of "sets" that dont have stairs or slabs

Yea after liek 500 Hours i unlocked all stairs and still can find 6 different and 2 of them used just in rare cases.

I just scored 33 Arctic Miru eyes from one small place in the snow, in the 5 hour night time segment. I didn't even know that so many of them existed. Also scored recipes, food, boxes etc. THANK YOU very much Devs. Already you have made it a wonderful Christmas for me, and I hope for everyone else too. Best fun I have had in ages, LOL can't wait til night time again!
