They activate on Steam via a code so it's really not much different, you're just paying less and not having to wait around for a sale. Just got Thief Pack for $5 at greenmangaming, they're legit.

Well, that's... unfortunate. Paypal is easy enough to set up if you have a bank account or debit card. Dunno what else you could do. Though hey, you know, if you have the money in your Steam wallet I could help you get a copy. I'd hate to see someone miss out on the HR experience after I just had an awesome time this week doing my all-stealth run, and got some great screenshots in the process. It really is a beautiful, brilliant game. Well, I guess get in touch if you're interested or be doomed to wait around for a Steam sale!!

You cannot set up a paypal account unless you're 18 years or older, so no, it's not easy. Also, how could you get him a copy of it if he has money in his Steam wallet? You can't transfer money to other users, and can only spend it on games.

Fair enough about the Paypal thing. Money transfer can be done through the market - ie. put up a card or emoticon for the price of Deus Ex and have him buy it off me. Anyway just wanted to help.

head to walmart target or you local 7/11 AM/PM econo gas an go and buy a pre paid visa card and they don't care how old you are.
