Beat it twice in 2 days.

Took me 80hrs first play through on normal level, lethal option. Now going again on lethal, but this time Deus Ex level. I'm 20hrs in and not long arrived in Hengsha.

Don't know why it takes me so long. When you say 'read' everything, yes I click on the ebooks and emails but don't physically read the words !! I do tend to move in crouch mode. This time I'm trying to use more takedowns rather than shoot everyone, which has proved slower. The game has crashed on me more that last time, nearly always around the basketball court area. And sometimes I do replay sections if I want to try out another method. Oh, and I do die - but I've not upgrade my body amour at all this time !!

Bottom line, I'm enjoying the challenge of trying to do things differently to first time so I'm happy with my progress !!

Just finished.Took me about 22 hours according to the time played. I tried this game when it was first released but the first boss fight seemed impossible and after I didn't pass it the 20th time I just gave up... This second play through was alot easier. I was prepared for all the boss fights with plenty of granades, stun gun ammo and typhoon ammo. I took out every boss in less than 10 seconds with my typhoon not including the last one ofcourse.

I played with 'give me a challenge' difficulty and I did have to load a few times if a situation didn't go the way I wanted but mostly it was an enjoyable experience and smooth sailing.

Original game is much better. Missing Link also has stupid price since it's several times shorter and costs almost the same as original game.

so its just better to buy it cheap?

I do agree that TML is a little overpriced for the length (DX goes on sale frequently, though, so it shouldn't be hard to find it cheaper).

However, I really liked it from a gameplay standpoint. The atmosphere was perfect, and I think the boss fight in TML was far better than those in DX:HR (Eidos designed TML boss themselves rather than outsourcing).

I recently finished my first playthrough. Took me slightly longer (by like ~1-2 hours) than my first Deus Ex (original playthrough), being at 33 hours.

I'm kind of questioning the ending's logic for Human Revolution though.

I might do a replay of it to catch the 14 achievements I'm missing.
