Grand Theft Auto V

Grand Theft Auto V

Vezi statistici:
Suspicious File Local剜捯獫慴⁲慇敭屳呇⁁屖湥楴汴浥湥⹴湩潦 File in Appdata folder
If you go to C drive / users / (your pc name) / AppData there is a file called Local剜捯獫慴⁲慇敭屳呇⁁屖湥楴汴浥湥⹴湩潦 but not everyone has it. It apparently has something to do with GTA V? What is the file, what does it do? it seems very out of place...

Post here if you do or don't have it.

I, too, have noticed this file shortly after installing/playing Grand Theft Auto V.

The Unicode string, "剜捯獫慴⁲慇敭屳呇⁁屖湥楴汴浥湥⹴湩潦", interpreted as ANSI is "\Rockstar Games\GTA V\entitlement.info" which leads me to believe that there is a mistake in the game's code where it uses the ANSI string, "\Rockstar Games\GTA V\entitlement.info", interpreted as a Unicode string when concatenating onto the Unicode string used for the path when saving (and probably loading) that file.

Yours sincerely,
Lucas Cardellini

saw that file days ago, deleted it, nothing happened. ♥♥♥♥ this.

I too get this file even if I delete it. I ran it through google translate and it recognized it as chinese and the translation I get is:

Wandaoxianshe ⁲ Yanyangxianqi ⁁ Xitu Tibianyitu ⹴ Tong Liao

No idea what this means, but to me it looks like names. It doesn't translate into anything else in GT.
Nope, it means nothing in Chinese, just some random characters.
bUMP... Any idea what this is for or can it be deleted?

Yeah I have it just looked. For people on windows 7. Just type %Appdata% into start menu and then click on Appdata in the browse bar at the top of the window.

Im going to run it through virus total for fun.

I have it too. And I agree with Lucas Cardellini - its look like some trouble with Unicode.
Well, it certainly LOOKS suspicious because of the Chinese characters, but it certainly is related to GTA5 and prob. isn't an issue. I haven't touched mine and no issues thus far.

well for me the game have only crashed 3 times so crashes is not a big problem for me. I have been deleting the local file nothing happends and it comes back again every time I start the game, I dont think its a big problem with this file its only 1 kb or something. Has well if you go too C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\Temp its a loot of cloud files that is from GTA 5 has well

If you dont have crashes then why did you say:
"PC version of GTA 5 sucks really hard because of all the crashes after 1,5 years of "development""
So, explain that quote.

@Wohlever: troll dich
Probably has something to do with the fix they deployed for the username issue the game had at launch.
