It's really good, but it's not comparable to company of heroes or Total war.
Maybe a little little bit to the campaign map of Total war. It's a grand strategy game and it's more for people who enjoy numbers, stats, graphs and the feeling of power/control then people who enjoy action and grafic. Also it's very enjoyable in mutliplayer but you will need some people and a lot of time.
If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
you should start with europa universalis, It's a simplified version of this game. This one is quite hardcore and you will probably want to delete the game after a couple of min since the tutorial sucks and there is no one to tell you what to do .

EiseneinFront is kdding you. It has an average learning curve to it. It has so many different aspects to the game that it takes a little while to learn them but once learned, they are the same for all nations. The basicis skills of diplomacy, technology, production, military and trade. I like that you can try the same nation in different games and try different methods, political intrigues and military prowess. Imagine Germany with a navy to rival Britian in WW2 or perhaps Britian goes carrier warfare earlier and tries to match the Japanese in the Pacific. Enjoy yourself, remember it is a game and you can always start over if you are not having fun, the world is your oyster.

Thanks answering my question guys. Is there a demo that i can try or something? i couldn't find anything when i searched ;l.
Dont listen to him he is just a french robber, If you buy this game dont expect to have fun in the first 5 hours.
.... 5 hours?? wow , alot of time and paitence eh?
You could watch some Let's Plays, to see the gameplay.
But I think both of the guys are right. It will be quite frustrationg / boring in the begining and as I said before, there is no "real" action like you know it from CoH.
the game is really fun once you get the hang of it. the tutorial in it does suck so it will take a while to get the hang of it like with any other paradox game. Howerver as SPROINK said, watch some LP's until you get the hang of it cause it really is fun

i enjoy . ya far as learning how to play . thats gona take alot of time. suppling ur men is a key part of the game. figering out how supply lines work , can be aq larger learning cruve. i would be carful doing to many air planes controled by the AI. they tend to move to many for a port and will drag down moving armys. all so tank in asia can drag u down. some MM taking hard to get to MT. areas. there supply cost is low . tiphat enjoy

Paradox is a small company that only really makes niche games, they have to make money somehow, im happy to support them for more awesome games.
