Supply woes

what is up with supply? This is crazy, I have 8 divisions, 16 infantry brigages and 6 various ART, AA, AT spread around Yugo and my bit of Greece. the units in Greece have supply, the units in Yugo have had 0 supply for months. maybe 8 months. I have a direct line of provinces from Berlin to Salonika, all are 70% infrastructure and higher, I have all the supply techs up to date (1941). My AG commander in the Balkans is level 3 but needing 15% less doesn't help when there are 0 supplies to go around. the divisions in Greece are somehow supplied by Berlin, looking at the supply map I wonder where they come from, the supply chain ends before it gets to Yugo. The nice green supply rich provinces continue to the Italian part of Greece.
Any ideas?

Is Yugoslavia puppeted? AFAIK it's then their responsibility to supply your troops stationed there.

right some times ur supplys just run out before they get to u . but dont sound like u have alot of unites eating them up . make a convoy or just try and get them out.

I've conquered Yugo. I suppose I could abandon, or use the conso. and give it all to Hungary and Italy. I guess I should have puppeted them.
