This or Victoria 2?

HOI III is you like WW II. Bearing in mind the Majors are only about 5-7 countries and the timeline is based on about 12 years.

Victoria II is set from 1835 up to WW II. In that time frame you can do alot.

It is your decision. I have HOI III with the three expansions, I do not own Vicky II.

Vic 2's combat is non-existent. You group up units and the game rolls a dice, and then one side wins.

HOI 3 a must

HOI for combat, Vicky for building empires and economics. I don't like Vicky much at all, I spent less then 10 hours on it while I spent over 300 on HOI. If you like stratagy games then HOI3 is a must buy.

Definitively HOI3 even for a beginner like me.
You have to invest some time and learning lessons but the return will be great and a lot of hours.
