Loca changes and fixes

We mentioned several strings which were too long for the HUD. Also few comments dropped in that there would be better translations for several parts. Well - if you would like to change the loca to fit better to the game you are free to do so. You can find all language files here:

...:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Professional Farming 2014\scripts\lockit

If you shorten or change stuff just restart the game to test if it fits better. If others think that your loca is great and should come into game we can easily add it and put your name into the credits.

- For languages like russian you should maybe keep some parts in English as the HUD cannot show few characters (e.g. gear, etc.)
- If you want to create a whole new loca for a yet missing language you are welcome to do so.
