"24 hz lock with Vulkan & FreeSync" as my monitor states it's running at only 24hz .
Disabling VSync while leaving FreeSync activated does not help.
For any reason, disabling FreeSync (in the Monitor Options) removes that bug for me - then I get "normal" 80-110 fps & 144Hz (again VSync doesn't matter).
Reenabling FreeSync while still being ingame changes nothing - so then I still have 80-110 fps & 144Hz (but I don't now, if FreeSync is really activated, or if the game did just override it)
However, if I restart the game (with FreeSync still enabled) the 24hz-lock is again there!!
Edit: With DirectX 11 & FreeSync, I get "normal" 80-110 fps & 144Hz. So this Bug only occures on Vulkan (or OpenGL) AND FreeSync
My System:
Windows 10 x64
Intel Core i5-6500 3,2 GHz
Radeon RX 480 8 GB GDDR5
16 GB RAM
Monitor ViewSonic XG2401 (144Hz with FullHD, FreeSync)
