Is today's map speeeedier than usual?

Maybe it's just my configuration or something but I've played a fair amout of Race the Sun-- finished the campaign, clocked a few hours, played the DLC, etc.--and I don't remember a map as speeeeedy as today's map. It's apocalypse-level fast, at least for me. Just curious . . . maybe this happens all the time on daily maps and I just haven't noticed. Is today's faster than usual?

feels the same to me. (: there really shouldn't be any change to the speed of the solar craft. all that changes is the race course itself.

every once in a while, I'll come back to the Race The Sun after not having played in a little bit, and the game feels super fast to me. I think that's just me forgeting how fast it normally feels. maybe this is what you're experiencing.

Hmmm. Seems normal today. I don't think it was psychosomatic. Odd. (Could, I guess, be related to the Macbook pro having two video cards. I did have the laptop configured a little differently than usual.) Not sure. If I note it again, I'll try to remember to say so before the course changes.

Anyway, yes. I still squeeze a few mintues of enjoyment out of Race the Sun here and there :)
