well...atleast make it so it aint a spell. same goes for all the other puzzel esential spells.
um...enemis can interupt you and it is verry annoying to have to switch all the spell back and foruth all the time. why not just use the B button ( xbox 360 controler) and use it for evey puzzel spell. it woudl make it alot more convinient, but ofcorse, still have the option to assaign them as you main spells
you mean block+magic? ye it bings up all the spells and yes you can swith them on the fly, BUT, what woudl be even better is if there was a seperat thing for puzzel ensential spells ONELY! for exampel; holding the B (or whatever button. does not really matter) and then just presing up, down, left or right as an input for the spell you whant. like if you whant to do fire fist spell (or whatever the name) just hold B and press right or left. whant to use the teleportation spel? hold B and press up or somthing. you get the ide. just have a seperat circle of spells for puzzel spells. though the double jump shoudl be activated by just taping the jump button twice, and mabye even have the option to turn it off.
(sigh) no no no. i like that you can switch them on the fly, but i woudl like a seperat selection where you have ONELY the puzzel essential spells. like, the ice piller, fire fist, telerpotation spell and etc.
I think one of the the Castlevania games did this and it's great. Maybe Aria/Dawn of Sorrow or Portrait of Ruin. Maybe they all did it...
Yeah, just tapping jump as in most of these games would be better. Not saying to just rip everything else off but they're good mechanics.
I also agree about the Air Jump "locking" you. It restricts your forward movement too much.
There are many good things about this game, but making double jump a spell was a bad design choice in my opinion.
