Apology and a plea for help

Was in my second game ever earlier and I kept lagging really bad and eventually DCed and was unable to get back online. I am SO SORRY to those on my team and I know it sucks that my DCing ruined your match and I know how it feels in MOBAs when this happens. All I can do is apologize and I hope you forgive me.

Now my question is My first match I had ZERO issues like this. And although I didn't die when Iwas lagging(or die at all during the match before I DCed). It obviously hurts my team. I checked with my net company and they saw no abnormalities, My PC should be able to run this game and my net is plenty fast. I also play with AA,Water and all that stuff off. Any suggestions? I really don't want this to happen again.

Do you recall seeing your ping numbers for both matches? (top right corner number.)

Perhaps the first match was a nearby server and the second a further one.

When you pick a region, do you choose all three regions or just one or two?

You can test out your ping for each region by entering a custom match in each region and looking at the number in the top right corner.

Mine for example is: 70-80 ping US east, 109 ping US west, and 150 ping EU.

I usually run between 80-90 ping and I do not recall it for that match. I always pick US East I believe.
