City RPG Request

Please someone make a City RPG. None are open and they are my favorite type of servers. Not only mine but a lot of other people's favorite too. Also since it will be the only one up it will become very famous. Please only make it if you have made a successful City RPG previously. Please have drugs like Opium, LSD, Marijuana, and more. Aoki if you are reading this please fix yours and respond why it is down atm. I was playing and I think it crashed. So please create one thank you and comment if you like CityRPG servers.
