PS4 Controller issues

I'm using a PS4 controller to play and it was working perfectly fine up until the end of the first episode. Square selects things now when it's supposed to be X on the PS4 controller. R2 acts as the options button and X acts as the Circle button should. I didn't change anything and tried restarting my computer. Unplugging and plugging it back in. I tried playing Rocket League and didn't have the same issue at all.

Can anybody help?

I had the same issue, apparently it's a problem with the game assuming you're using a 360 controller. There's a program called X360ce that can help you reassign the inputs to what you want. I haven't used it, but it seems to have worked for others.
