Looks old DX7 old

Why are people still making games DX7/8 style, this game should have looked more like outlast
tons of glitches for the people who made this challange yourself by making a current looking DX11 style game there is a reason nobody uses old looking GFX!

This game runs on DirectX 9. I am basically a one-person team. I do not have the high-budget luxories Outlast's dev team has, nor do I have the amount of people. There are glitches because this is an Early Access game, still in active development.
I don't want Paranormal to look like Outlast.

Got ya! Could you get access to any kind of higher textures if so mess around with the goodstuff you might surprise yourself and take your time don't rush to finish.

I think the concept, it sounds great and I like the style of it being through the eyes of a video camera. If a game is done right with great atmoshpere and story, then having top notch or big budget graphics isn't that important. I am picking this up for the haloween sale. It looks awesome. I will let you know how I like it later.
