misconfigured control

I have a X360 controller and before the last patch it works perfectly but now it is misconfigured and in the menus i cant move up or down with the joystick,I just can accepto or go back.

I try to configure all like before the new patch but it doesn't work.

What is going wrong? My controller is perfecto so it must be the game.

Edit: I can't even play the new mode quick match VS CPU because I can't select the characters

Edit2: The game required me to configure the controllers all the time i want to play,WTF is happening with this game?

Hm, maybe make a backup of BUTTONSETTINGS.BIN inside C:\Users\[user_name]\Documents\Skullgirls\Save Data\[random_numbers] elsewhere, delete it, and boot the game and see if the controls are back to their defaults? After that you should be able to rebind the controls properly if the problem was that somehow your binds where all messed up.

The backup's just handy in case that wasn't the problem, the game will simply generate a new file if it is missing.
Booting the game with or without a controller attached might also help, maybe (personally i use keyboard, so i'm not entirely sure).
