Can't buy a DLC character

After I bought Big Band, I wanted to buy Squigly but couldn't because it said I already have her. But I don't have her.

If you bought the Skullgirls GMG bundle, you should have gotten Squigly (and the color palatte DLC, for that matter), in which case you need to disable & re-enable her in the Steam game properties.

If you didn't, try buying the DLC through a regular web-browser instead. If that fails, contact Steam Customer Support.

Okay... now I'm just confused. I now have both Squigly AND Big Band. But I only paid for Big Band. What did I do??

When did you buy Skullgirls? Did you get it back when Squigly was free?
