Whoa, a realRiven would be cool- although my expectations are VERY high. It would have to look at least as photorealistic as Riven does.

Although the Starry Expanse Project looks good, I am a bit sceptical about it. I have waited far too long for Indiana Jones and the Fountain of Youth...

If you look at their newest video you will notice that they are making a very impressive amount of progress. What makes them very unusual for a fan project is that they have the support of the original developer, Cyan. Cyan has given them access to the files behind Riven as well as their work with Unreal Engine 4 from their time working on Obduction.
