Could you share your output log (game log file) via Pastebin.com please. It would allow me to read what's going on, more so than the error log found in the crash folder.

You can find a shortcut to the output log in the game's local files.

Also, what are your computer specifications? (OS, CPU, GPU, RAM)

Thanks. Your Intel HD Graphics doesn't support DirectX11, which is likely causing the crashes.

Is Windows up to date?

Could try using this Steam Launch Option however:
-force-glcore

Yeahhh! the fix is to go In the Game folder and click right at the "1914-1918 Series.exe" then chose Properties . and Change the windows to 7
