How is the third boss level done?

I cant figure it out does anyone have tips?

The pink and orange stage- it seems like there is no pattern to how many times the targets move or in which direction... How do you know where to aim?

welp after 20 minutes i never found the pattern but my reactions were good enough for once and i beat it

There is a pattern in the behavior. You have to pay attention carefully. There is still a random part though and you need a good read.
