Local is better than nothing... That was my disappointment for Joe Danger on PS3 though.. I was excited to buy it and play against my friends online, and we sadly discovered there was no such feature... So I put that game down pretty fast, as I didn't have any local friends at the time where I was living..

The local multiplayer works fine with keyboard/multiple controllers. Would still like online multiplayer in a future update though, even if it only lets you invite from your friends list.

doubt the developers even gave MP a second thought just chewed it out so i could get released, sadly won't buy this

Bought the game for ONLINE multiplayer not OFFLINE multiplayer. I like the game but that's just false advertising!

Local only but you can compare scores via leaderboards.

It also says 'Multi-player', which in steam always means online multiplayer. It should be called 'Local Multi-Player' or better 'Local Co-op'.

Multiplayer is still in both titles. They didn't remove it.

Multiplayer used to mean:
- multiplayer over internet
- split-screen multiplayer
- hotseat
- multiplayer via e-mail
- LAN

But I guess someone changed the rules. :(

You can race against 'Ghosts' of other players, thats why it says it has multiplayer i believe.
