Songs Copyright?
Anybody knows who will get the songs copyrights when you create a song and you want to get it out there? Any future issues on that level?

Songs copyright works exactly like everywhere else. Author(s) claim their copyright. If you make music with people and want to sell it, you have to find an agreement with them to sell it.
Of course a side aspect of allowing collaboration is that thievery is made easier as well, but so is traceability. Ohm Studio project have a time history and take note of who created what and when. So any thief would be unable to prove precedence against that.

yeah that is what i was thinking from the start. great for creative ideas but sure to be headaches and heartbreaks due to how people are in this me me me world :( but it is nice of the developers and owners of the company not to make you sign away your rights. :)

From the Terms of use / section Copyright on contents of the Service

You agree that Ohm Force and its affiliates hold a global license for hosting, storing, reproducing, editing, publishing and distributing the so-called music or project data.

All royalties goes to Ohm automatically.

If you want royalties you need to have commercial rights. As you can see this is not in the list you're quoting. What you read instead matches everything that happen in the making of a collaborative track. It may seem silly (basically you install a collab app then say "Yes, I want to collab") but that's how things work. We don't choose it any more than you :P
