PS3 controller just stopped working [User Resolved - Restarted PC]

I had been playing just fine with my PS3 controller plugged in by usb and using MotionJoy all day with no problems. I just came back in the evening and now it won't work. I've tried unplugging, updating, restarting, etc. everything. The controller works just fine in other games (tested on Super Meat Boy), but won't be recognized in Rogue Legacy. I even changed the 'Use DInput Gamepads" setting to No, but it still isn't working.

Any suggestions?

Never mind. I just restarted my whole system and now it's working. Sheesh!
