Where can I get a refund?
I paid for an Amnesia game, not a walking simulator. I'm very disappointed in this game, I waited weeks for it and I can't even express in words how let down I am.

You will never get a refund, so good luck with that.

Dude. It's the first day. Also they said from the beginning that it would be less horror and more puzzle ^^

It's just as much a "walking simulator" as Amnesia was.

You can only get a refund if you change your mind during a pre-purchase before you've been given any reward/the game unlocks.

It's your fault for being stubborn and not researching a game before spending your money.

Except I did research it, I didn't expect such a disappointment that I would actually want my money back.

You get 1 refund and thats it. But your only refund for a £10 game?
Sayori Sep 10, 2013 @ 8:58am
Don't listen to them, there's a slight chance for refund.
Doesn't matter what Steam ToS/EULA says, it can never over-ride the laws in your country.
That said, find some link to text of the consumer rights laws and contact the support.
Give them the link and tell them about your rights.
Next time DON'T pre-order games, wait for reviews and youtube videos.

Oh look, it's Diablo III QQing all over again.

you're the one who pre-ordered it to play day 1.
had you waited say...24 hours...you could have heard and seen what the game is like.

You paid for your impatience, no one gives refunds for stupidity.

I paid for the discount, it's not a bad $15 buy. I didn't think the game was half bad either. Frictional even said it wasn't going to be anything like the first for the most part. So honestly, it's your fault for assuming so. You have about a 1% chance of a refund though, you have better odds gnarfling the Garthak or going toe to toe with the Rancor.

Haters gon hate.
