Graphical Issues

So there happens to be some screen tearing and i turned on V-sync however this drops my frame rate. It seems like if i don't enable V-sync, there will be screen tearing, but if I do enable it, there will be framerate drops. Any ideas how to resolve this issue? The specs of my computer are mid to high end range so my computer isnt the problem.

Turn off adaptive vsync.

I do and it just enables Vsync which lowers my from rate
