"For Denials Only"

When a person says that their passport was taken away, you're given a slip that says something like "Temporary Visa - For Denials Only" what are you supposed to do with that? Always approve? Deny?

I've just now started to play the game so don't take my word for it. However, as I understand it, there is no penalty for mistakes as long as you didn't make 2 mistakes on that day already. And since denials don't get you money while accepting people does, you can always decide to let some illegal people through. Just be ready for any involuntary mistake that might get you a penalty later that day.

You earn 5$ for each processed entrant no matter if you deny or accept him.

to OP: all entrants require a valid passport, so deny everyone who has no passport, thats what the temporary visa slip is for.

if they dont have a piece of paperwork you have to scan and refer to the rule book, sometimes they will have the papers sometimes they wont. Also if the name doesnt match scan and interogate sometimes they have an alias that will show up after you fingerpringt them.

Yep, it's just there so that you have somewhere to use the Deny stamp.

Up until day 18, that is not necessary. If you catch an error in their documents, whether a missing doc or a discrepency, you CAN deny them immediately with no penalty. Only once the blue reason stamp is added do you need to take the time to clear things up.

OP, just so you know, if someone has no passport but wants to bribe you you CAN approve the temporary visa and they'll go it. Of course this will constitute an error and if relevant a penalty.
