And this is with a basic HP desktop and a 550 Ti video card.
I can see your point however.
Thanks for the info.
Off Topic: Speaking of "Bonkers" our theatre coined the term "Bonkersburg" back in the late 60's in the St. Louis, MO. area.
The only thing I did not like was how they blurred the background so much when in conversation.
IMHO, the original's graphics look much better overall. Because real humans actually built it from scratch. The Director's Cut team could not have done that. The Director's Cut team did a high-level remastering of the graphics. That destroyed most of the work that was done during the game's original development. The result is that game looks worse overall and is missing the composition in visual level design created by the game's artists. However, Director's Cut instead has some scenic visuals that are hit-and-miss but were sometimes look more natural. I still think the original screenshots look more visually impressive and better put together and they should, because a lot of work went into crafting that version of the game's visuals.
It gave the game an unique look, but wish they didn't have to overdo it.
Does it REPLACE the original game in your Steam library, or will you have both games listed? (I mean if you already own DXHR on Steam)
Thanks.
