Um.. completion %s glitched?

Hi there,
I'm almost at the end of the game (volcano section), and I have all powerups, so I revisited all the previous areas to 100% them. But on 3 areas (Archer's Pass, Sorrow Meadow and the mountains) I got all treasures and keys according to the map (no circles, only dots), yet the percentage completion shows 80-90%, like if I'm still missing something, but I have no clue where else to look.
Are they glitched, or do I miss some treasures, like, cages or something? They show up on the map on the other areas, so I'm not sure what the problem is..

It does that, I finished the game at 109% completion, but all the areas were at 100%, so I must have missed something, side quest I guess. Have a read: http://steamcommunity.com/app/236090/discussions/0/828939978632569539/

Ah, thanks, I was actually missing 3 secret rooms, had no idea where they were.
Now I've 100% on those areas :)

100% completion in this game actually gets you to 117%. It might be stuff added after the original release causing the percantage to go over 100

It was 117% from the get-go; it's actually a reference to Halo's Master Chief if I recall correctly (John-117, Dust was an Xbox Live Arcade title first after all).
