Stuck at 30 hz

I am currently trying the game using my brothers friends and family thing for steam. So I load the game up and when in fullscreen and any resolution I am stuck at 1920 x 1080 30 hz.

Specs are

AMD 6 core 3500 3.79ghz
Nvidia gtx 650 Connected by HDMI to my tv/computer moniter. (My tv is my computer moniter as I don't actually watch tv and I want 1080p res)
8gb 1333mhz Ram (2x4gb sticks)

Does the HDTV you have support 60Hz in the modes you tried it? What's the TV manufacturer and model? And contact Konami support. They can help you probably better than anyone at Steam Forums.

Yes. It works at 60 in every other game and even netflix. It's a samsung tv.

How you connecting it is the other question? I tried this on a Soniq 42" with HDMI and works fine.
