It makes too much sense, so it will not happen.

Jokes aside, porting so many different games from different platforms sounds like a pain in the ass. And the performance of the collection on the consoles shows that, if I remember correctly.
Oh, and it was overpriced and even missed some games.

Legacy Collection won't happen since it includes MGS4, and that game's PS3's exclusivity was bought with enough money to build a real life Metal Gear.
